Eugenio Re Rebaudengo, founder of ARTUNER was recently invited to speak at the TEDx conference organised by the Courtauld Institute of Art in London (March 2018).
He delivered a sharp talk about the present and future of the Art Market, encouraging listeners and members of the art industries to think out of the box in order to create a more dynamic, innovative and sustainable Art World.
He discussed inspiring and fresh examples of what the art market might look like in a few years – looking at varied thought-provoking models, from the Vogels collectors, to the world of football and the music industry.
“I think it is extremely important that, when we talk about contemporary art, we keep in mind that the most important characters are the artists. Therefore, any kind of conversation will need to acknowledge them as the driving force and the main reason why we are all doing what we are doing.”
